Manufacture US is a contract manufacturer in Doral, Miami. We machine precision parts for the industries that cannot afford to get it wrong, aerospace, defense, firearms, energy, automotive and medical, and we help founders take a product from a napkin sketch all the way to market. Milling, turning, Swiss and Mazak Integrex, finishing, assembly, inspection and packaging all happen under one roof.
We are AS9100, ISO 9001 and FFL 07 certified, and everything we make is made in America, minutes from where it ships. When your quality, your timeline and your intellectual property are on the line, you get one accountable partner that treats every job like it carries our own name.

From the founder
"A 'Made in the USA' stamp always meant something to me. This is about earning the right to put it on work of our own, and giving back to the country we love, the one that gave us this opportunity."
It started in 2007 in a home garage, with a grinder, a few tools, and one stubborn idea: build it better. Knives, tattoo machines, fixtures, anything that could be made a little more precise than what was on the shelf. That garage is now a floor of Haas, Mazak, Doosan and Tsugami machines running around the clock, and a team that treats every job like it carries their own name.
The scale changed. The reason never did. We still make precision parts just minutes from home, your intellectual property never leaves U.S. soil, and when you grow, we grow with you.

Lead Engineering, when you think it’s over, he’s just getting started. Always finds a way.

Lead CAM Programmer, he cuts every part in software before it touches metal. CAD model in, machine toolpaths out, so the first chip is already the right one.

Head of Quality Control, hundreds of thousands of parts pass through her hands each year. She finds the needle in the haystack, daily.

Finishing Department, the guy that makes them shine. Tumble, blast and polish are an art to him, and no part leaves his bench until the surface is flawless.

Head of Assembly, she runs the line and the crew that turn a tray of precision machined components into finished products.
