CNC Operator (Lathe, Swiss & Mill)

Set up and run our turning, Swiss and milling cells, and hold tolerance from first article to the last part.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes, Swiss-type screw machines and mills to print
Load programs, set tool and work offsets, and dial in first articles
Load bar feeders and keep bar-fed cells running, including lights-out
Hold tight tolerances, adjusting offsets and tooling to keep parts in spec across the run
Read blueprints and GD&T, and follow work instructions and quality standards
Inspect in process with mics, calipers, gages and CMM, and flag issues early
Keep tooling, coolant, chips and the workstation clean and organized

Qualifications

Real CNC setup and operation, not just machine tending: work holding, tooling, offsets and first-article dial-in
Turning and lathe: hands-on with Y-axis, live-tooling, bar-fed turning centers like our Tsugami MO8 SY-II and Haas ST-10Y
Swiss and screw: sliding-headstock Swiss experience like our Tsugami BO326-II and 5-axis (B-axis) SS327-5AX, for small parts held to microns
Milling, vertical and horizontal: machines like our Haas VF-4 SS and VF-2 SS, Doosan DNM-650 II and DNM-400, and Mazak HCN-5000
Multi-tasking mill-turn is a strong plus, like our Mazak Integrex 100 and 200
Fluent with blueprints, GD&T and tight-tolerance work, and comfortable on Fanuc, Mazatrol and Tsugami controls
Precision measuring: micrometers, calipers, bore, thread and height gages, and CMM basics
A bar-fed, lights-out production mindset: good parts and minimal scrap, run after run

You’ll do well here if… you know that "it runs" and "it passes inspection" are two different things.

CNC CAM Programmer

Turn CAD models into machine-ready toolpaths, so parts run right the first time across our lathe, Swiss, mill and mill-turn cells.

Responsibilities

Program CNC toolpaths from CAD models and prints for milling, turning, Swiss and mill-turn
Build and post programs in Mastercam, PartMaker, SolidWorks and FeatureCAM
Plan operations, tooling, work holding and setups for efficient, in-tolerance parts
Choose speeds, feeds and cutting strategies for the material and the machine
Simulate and verify toolpaths to catch collisions before the machine runs
Write clear setup sheets and tool lists for operators
Support first articles at the machine and refine programs to hold tolerance and cut cycle time
Give DFM feedback and flag print issues early

Qualifications

Hands-on CAM programming for CNC milling, turning, Swiss and mill-turn
Proficiency in Mastercam, PartMaker, SolidWorks and FeatureCAM
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T
Solid grasp of tooling, work holding, and speeds and feeds across materials
Comfortable posting and editing G-code, and dialing programs in at the machine
Multi-axis and multi-turret experience a strong plus (our 5-axis Swiss and Mazak Integrex mill-turn)
Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable for parts that pass inspection

You’ll do well here if… you would rather find the mistake in the simulation than in a bin of scrap.

Mechanical Engineer — Product Design

Turn concepts into production-ready products, from CAD to a clean handoff on the floor.

Responsibilities

Develop concepts into production-ready designs
Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings
Apply design-for-manufacturing (DFM) principles throughout
Collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and clients
Support prototypes, design reviews, testing, and revisions
Manage competing priorities and hit project deadlines

Qualifications

Hands-on mechanical engineering experience in physical product development
Proficiency in SolidWorks
Strong grasp of material selection, tolerances, and technical drawings
Practical problem-solving and clear communication
Accountability, teamwork, and real attention to detail

You’ll do well here if… you can spot a tolerance problem before it becomes a very expensive surprise.

Plan, shoot, publish, and grow our channels. Turn real manufacturing into stories people actually watch.

Responsibilities

Plan and publish across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and more
Produce short-form and long-form content
Shoot photography and mobile video
Write copy and handle basic graphic design
Engage the community and run content calendars and campaigns
Build Klaviyo email campaigns and automations
Review analytics and improve what is working

Qualifications

Hands-on social media planning and publishing experience
Photography, mobile video, copywriting, and basic design
Comfortable turning behind-the-scenes work into engaging stories
Experience with Klaviyo campaigns and automations
Independent and resourceful, coordinates well with marketing and production

You’ll do well here if… you can make something genuinely good with a phone and good timing, no Hollywood crew required.

Assemble, inspect, and package products across a wide range of industries, accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

Follow work instructions and quality standards
Assemble components accurately and consistently
Inspect finished work before it moves on
Report defects or process concerns early
Keep an organized, safe workstation
Meet production goals without sacrificing quality
Support different projects as production needs change

Qualifications

Reliable, detail-oriented, and good with your hands
Able to self-manage and work as part of a team
Consistent output and a willingness to learn
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience helps, but is not required

You’ll do well here if… "close enough" is not part of your quality-control vocabulary.

Industrial Sewing Machine Operator

Experienced industrial sewing for heavy-duty, precision sewn goods across demanding categories.

Responsibilities

Operate industrial manual sewing machines
Operate automatic pattern-sewing equipment
Read patterns, templates, and work instructions
Work with fabrics, webbing, foam, vinyl, leather, and technical materials
Produce accurate seams and consistent stitch quality
Inspect completed work and correct defects
Keep a clean and safe work area, and support prototypes and production runs

Qualifications

Real experience on industrial sewing equipment
Precision, material knowledge, and problem-solving
Consistent, repeatable workmanship
Background in upholstery, marine, tactical, automotive interiors, technical textiles, bags or covers is a plus (not all required)

Cut compelling video, from fast social edits to longer stories, with a real eye for pacing.

Responsibilities

Edit short-form social, ads, interviews, product videos, behind-the-scenes, and long-form stories
Organize footage and keep efficient, tidy project files
Color correction and color grading
Audio cleanup and basic sound design
Motion graphics and captioning where appropriate
Adapt edits for different platforms and aspect ratios
Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to speed up the workflow
Travel to filming locations when a project calls for it

Qualifications

Professional experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
Strong pacing, narrative structure, and visual judgment
Clear communication and reliable file organization
Adaptable, deadline-driven, and quality-obsessed

You’ll do well here if… you know when a cut needs three more frames, and when it needs thirty fewer.
