FAQ
Questions, answered.
What buyers ask most, about our machines, certifications, materials, lead times and how we work. Do not see yours? Ask us directly.
What can you manufacture?
We are a contract CNC manufacturer running multi-axis milling, turning, Swiss machining and Mazak Integrex mill-turn, from rapid prototypes to high-volume production. If it can be machined, we run it, and we finish, assemble, inspect and package it under one roof.
What certifications do you hold?
AS9100, ISO 9001 and FFL 07. That combination covers aerospace and defense quality, general quality management, and federally licensed firearms manufacturing.
What materials do you work with?
A broad range: most metals and alloys including aluminum, stainless, steel, titanium, brass and copper, plus engineering plastics, acetals and polymers. If your part can be machined from it, we can most likely run it. Tell us the material on your quote request.
What are your typical lead times?
Fast, and domestic. Because everything happens in one building in Doral, Miami, prototypes often turn in days rather than the weeks or months of overseas sourcing. Share your target date on the quote form and we will confirm what is realistic.
Do you take prototype and low-volume runs?
Yes. We handle everything from a single prototype to recurring high-volume production. Low-volume and first-article runs are welcome.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No hard minimum. We quote prototypes through production. Send your part and run size and we will price it for the volume you actually need.
How do I get a quote, and what files do you need?
Use the Request a Quote form. A STEP file is ideal; we also accept IGES, STL, DXF, DWG and PDF drawings. Include material, quantity, tolerances and any finishing. An engineer reviews it and sends back a quote with DFM feedback where it saves you cost.
What tolerances can you hold, and how do you inspect?
We hold tight and critical tolerances and verify them in-house, including CMM inspection. We can provide first-article (FAI), full CMM reports, PPAP documentation and material certifications on request.
How do you protect my intellectual property?
Your design stays in one building in the USA and never leaves the country. We work under NDA and treat every part as confidential, one accountable domestic vendor, not a chain of overseas subcontractors.
What finishing and secondary services do you offer?
In-house finishing including anodizing (Type II color and Type III hardcoat), bead blasting, tumbling, automatic centrifugal deburring and mirror-finish polishing, passivation, powder coat, and laser marking for serials and traceability.
Do you do assembly and packaging?
Yes. We can take raw bar stock all the way to a finished, sub-assembled, packaged product ready to ship to your dock or your customer, all on one purchase order.
Can you help take an idea to market, not just make the part?
Yes. Our Napkin to Market program adds design and engineering, brand, packaging, website, photography and marketing to the manufacturing, a complete product-development-to-market path, all in-house.
Where are you located, and do you ship nationwide?
We are in Doral, Miami, Florida, and we ship across the United States. Made in America, a domestic flight away.
Can I visit and tour the shop?
Absolutely. Customers are welcome to walk the floor, meet the people building their parts, and see quality control up close. See the Tour our Plant page for a look inside.
Still have a question?
Send us your part and run size. An engineer, not a bot, gets back to you fast.
