Napkin to Market · A complete product-to-market program

Go to market faster, with fewer surprises.

One partner takes your idea the whole way: engineering, precision machining, brand, packaging, website, and the marketing that scales it. We have built and sold three companies of our own, so you walk a proven path instead of learning it the hard way.

Founder, Manufacture US

Why we built this

It started in a garage in 2007. A few manual machines, one modest goal: make a few good parts. It was never meant to become something bigger.

As the work grew, we did what everyone does and sourced manufacturing from suppliers around the world. The lesson came fast, the lowest quote carried the highest hidden costs: communication gaps, inconsistent quality, missed deadlines, and endless back and forth. There had to be a better way, so we built one.

By 2019 that garage shop had grown into a family of operations serving hundreds of thousands of customers through more than 200 distributors worldwide, and three of the companies we built from the ground up, each with a full product line, were acquired. Along the way came a lesson most machine shops never learn: to market a product, you have to become the product. No one sells what they do not understand. So the tools got built from the ground up, the mistakes got made, and the whole thing turned into one simple, repeatable system.

Parts became products. Products became a brand. The brand became the story.

Manufacture US was founded to be the partner we always wished we had.

2007 A garage, a few machines It started with a few manual machines and one goal: make a few good parts.
2019 Five operations, 200+ distributors That garage shop had grown into five in-house operations serving hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.
2019 Three companies acquired Not one or two but three companies we built from the ground up, each with a full product line, were acquired. The model worked, and kept working.
Today Manufacture US Founded to be the partner we always wished we had.

Every discipline, proven in-house

By 2019 we ran these as five separate operations. Nothing outsourced. We had built every part of the process a product needs to reach the market, and we ran all of it ourselves.

01

R&D shop

Where we experimented with new concepts and turned raw ideas into working prototypes.

02

Production shop

Where proven products got made, at volume and to spec.

03

Assembly and fulfillment

A warehouse where products were assembled, packed, and shipped to customers.

04

Marketing department

Every strategy, logo, package, and website, built in-house.

05

Film, photo and production house

Products photographed, catalogs made, and stories filmed. We got on the web fast.

Today it is all consolidated under one roof. One large building in Doral, Miami, where the whole process lives together. And with the internet and advances in AI, we bring in top talent from around the world when a project calls for it. The same complete capability, faster and sharper than ever.

A system, not an improvisation.

Outsource your marketing and you become a job order in someone's queue, handled by people who never understood your product or its market. We refuse to work that way. We turned years of real mistakes into a repeatable path, so your product skips the learning curve and reaches the market faster. Your product is the priority, not a line in a backlog.

The path, from your idea to the market

This is not improvised. It is the same path we walked ourselves, refined into four clear stages, all handled in-house.

Engineer programming a CNC machine from a CAD model

Make it

From a rough sketch to real parts in your hand.

  • The napkin

Bring a sketch, a CAD file, or just the problem. We pressure-test it for cost and manufacturability before you spend a dollar on tooling.

  • Design and engineer

Our engineers turn the idea into a manufacturable design and print, with DFM feedback that saves you money up front.

  • Prototype

First physical parts in days, not months. Hold it, test it, and refine it before you commit to a run.

  • Produce

We dial in the process and scale from first article to full production. CNC, Swiss, Mazak Integrex, finishing and inspection, all under one roof.

Why one partner beats five vendors

Speed, no handoffs

Design, machining and marketing sit in one building. No files lost between five vendors, no weeks bleeding out in email.

One team accountable

One partner owns the outcome, from the first chip cut to the first sale. If something needs fixing, you call one number.

Your idea stays here

Your concept never leaves the building or the country. Made in America, held in confidence, start to finish.

The whole stack, in-house

Very few shops can honestly take you from idea to shelf. We can, and it is all under one roof.

The team behind your journey

The same in-house crew, engineers, machinists, and the design and marketing team, sees your idea from the napkin to the sale. You can walk the floor, meet the people building your product, and see quality control up close.
